After a composite product has been made, it often needs to be trimmed or machined. Composites behave differently in machining than traditional metals. We have gained extensive experience working with composites, especially for high-precision parts.

We have all the neceassary equipment in house, from small machining centres to a large 5-axis milling machine than can handle products up to 7 x 3.5 metres, specially designed to work with composites. We use these machines for composite machining, but also to make moulds and tools. Combined with our laser-tracker measuring system, we can ensure a high geometrical tolerance on the products.
