Composites are more transparent for electromagnetic waves. Also, composites have a low electrical conductivity and are non-magnetic.  This makes them suitable for the use in housings that need to be transparant.

We have developed and manufactured radomes for several applications, on ships and on UAV's. Another product that we develop and manufacture are high-pressure vessels, so called coreholders, that are used to measure the porosity of rock. These rock samples are extracted from oil & gas wells. A fluid is pumped through the sample, and the progression of the flowfront is measured with the CT scanner. We have supplied many different versions of this product, with operational temperatures up to 250C and pressures up to 650bar.
